This task force aims to maintain and improve organized crime-related articles, expand articles, create new articles, and engage in collaborations. Feel free to discuss articles and content within this task force's scope on the task force's talk page. For a brief history of the project, see the project's History page. WikiProject Crime and Criminal Biography is the parent WikiProject of this task force.

Topics

Organized crime topics can be placed in a range of categories, ranging from ethnic groups to historical periods. The subjects, defined as organized crime, include people, events, and related information on:

  • Organized crime, mafia and syndicates – groups, members and associates (particularly of the 20th century)
  • Gangs and street gangs (from the early 19th century to present)
  • Criminal societies and similar organizations

Biographies and other subjects should be formatted and organized per Wikipedia's Manual of Style.
